DAOox operates using an international fulfillment and dropshipping model. Products are shipped directly from third-party suppliers and manufacturers. Because of this, returns and refunds are subject to specific conditions outlined below.


1. Returns – Important Reality Check

Returns are not guaranteed and are accepted only in limited situations.

You may request a return within 14 days of delivery only if:

  • The item is damaged, defective, or significantly different from the product description
  • You provide clear photo or video evidence
  • The request is approved by our supplier

Returns for reasons such as changed mind, wrong size, preference, or expectations are not accepted.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Items ordered incorrectly by the customer
  • Products that match the description but are no longer wanted
  • Items used, worn, washed, or damaged after delivery
  • Hygiene-sensitive products (where applicable)
  • Custom, personalized, or made-to-order items
  • Items returned without prior approval

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide photos or video evidence
  • Include your order number

If verified, we will offer one of the following, depending on supplier approval:

  • Replacement
  • Partial refund
  • Full refund

The decision is based on supplier policy and evidence provided.


4. Refunds (If Approved)

  • Refunds are issued only after supplier confirmation
  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method
  • Processing time: 5–15 business days after approval

Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of verified supplier fault.


5. Return Shipping (When Required)

In rare cases where a return is approved:

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs
  • Return addresses may be international
  • Shipping fees may exceed the item value
  • DAOox is not responsible for lost return shipments

Returns sent without approval will be refused.


6. Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once processing has begun.

Because orders are processed automatically and quickly by suppliers, cancellations are usually not possible after purchase.


7. Customs, Delays & Tracking

  • Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees
  • Customs delays, inspections, or local postal issues are outside our control
  • Tracking updates may pause while parcels are in transit between countries

Refunds are not issued for delays caused by customs or postal services.


8. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Opening a chargeback without contacting us first may result in:

  • Permanent account restriction
  • Order dispute being challenged with supplier evidence

Always contact support first so we can resolve the issue properly.
